Recently built in 2021 glamorous Villa Ikarus is fully equipped for making your holiday an incredible experience with loved ones. The detailed home with floor to ceiling windows, complementing colours and ample spaces with contemporary interior design is truly a dream vacation destination with incredible extras such as a shared tennis court, 6-hole golf course, Jacuzzi, sauna and an exercise room. A large outdoor terrace with sun loungers surrounds a 74 m² heated pool offering breath-taking panoramic views of the surrounding greenery.

Two wings of the house separate 5 en-suite bedrooms making it an ideal option for 2 families or a large group of friends. Ten adults are comfotably accomodated. Sister villa Daedalus is available next door if there are more in your party, able to accommodate 10 more. Young groups are welcome.

Villa Ikarus is set in a picturesque village Zmijavci, conveniently located nearby an outstanding natural phenomenon, the Blue and the Red Lake. In addition to Adriatic beaches being a quick 30-minute drive plenty of activities are offered in the area such as Dalmatian Balote, rent-a-quad, kayak rental on river Vrljica, swimming in Blue Lake and regional wine and liquor tasting.

For transparency: please account for 1500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host (2500 euro from December 23 - January 5) and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.

Please note: two extra beds can be arranged upon request at 400 euros each, therefore increasing maximum occupancy.
