The outdoor area contributes with a groomed lawn ideal for playtime with children, a large pool to refresh from the summer heat and an alfresco dining area with trees providing shade from where you can admire the peaceful landscape, or the enchanting facade enveloped in traditional Mallorquin stone. While located on a quiet residential street, Villa Antonieta is in the heart of Deìa with all its perks. Up to eight guests are comfortably accommodated.
Two living quarters are available on the property. The main house sleeps six, while a separate, independent wing sleeps up to two more. The main house occupies two floors. On the ground floor in a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. On the first floor are the three en-suite bedrooms, two with a king size bed each, and one with two single beds. The separate wing with its own entrance has an en-suite king size bedroom with its own garden.
Deìa, a coastal village on the slopes of Tramuntana Mountain, is without a doubt one of the prettiest villages in Mallorca. For decades it had attracted artists for its beauty and inspiration, most famously the British poet Robert Graves as well as year-round visitors from around the world. Authentic Mallorquin architecture of almost salmon colored stone shines here. Windy and somewhat strenuous narrow streets are delightful for easy strolls admiring the local community’s neat gardens, pretty flowerpots and blue and green shutters. Proof of its rich cultural history lies in the sophisticated irrigation and drainage system built by the Arabs in the eighth century still used today as well as three Roman monasteries. Today Deìa is proclaimed a UNESCO world heritage site. Plenty of lovely cafés, casual and top-of-the-line restaurants line the streets and slopes each offering a stunning view.
